Shipping policy
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays, and carriers do not deliver on these days either.
Shipping Options & Estimated Delivery Times
- UK Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days
- International Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates. Occasional delays caused by carriers or customs are outside our control and we cannot be held liable for them.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. UK shipping typically costs between £3–£5, and international shipping ranges from £5–£25 depending on the destination.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier's system.
Split Shipments
In some cases, orders may arrive in more than one package due to item availability. If this happens, you'll receive separate tracking information for each shipment.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are unable to issue refunds or credits for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Delivered Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Antilag is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels. If your package appears to be missing after a confirmed delivery, please contact the carrier directly to open an investigation.
